BRIGHTFOCAL, I would stay clear of this company and I'm actually surprised amazon allows them to sell on there platform. First screen showed up with damage on the top left corner reached out and they said it was perfect when it shipped, but i cant believe that because the box looked fine, the screen was only damaged, now get this, they asked me to install it to make sure it all turned on, ok did that. they said ok will send another one right away. next one showed up with the box completely fine but now the right side top was damaged? which is just odd. It would be terrible to think they are trying to sell damaged goods? but who knows maybe. sent pics and said this one is damaged. so here's where it gets interesting... they replied back-(The new screen protective film has been peeled off and installed and damaged as a result as per original factory. There are pressure marks near bezel frame. Or installation of the mounting bracket on the back. There is some magnet block underneath and you pressed too hard on the LCD panel. The package box is intact as per the carrier. This item requires professional installation. This item is sensitive electronics. The factory does not warranty against damage during usage nor installation. We could ask our manager to approve a deep discount if you would like to get another one. We are selling at wholesale price to pass on savings to our customers. Please let us know. Thank you!...)(Nope. I did non of that. It showed up with one side cracked and then got another screen sent and the right side was cracked. I did not press on screen. I will warn others not to purchase this product with pics. I never installed it only plugged it in like they asked me to. now I did get a refund but only for 0.02 cents. So Please be careful when ordering from this company.
