Sniper is slightly stronger than Nok-Out, but has the same active ingredient - chlorine dioxide. **Q: Is Sniper safe to spray to people who enters our facility using a defogger machine?** A: Could it be effective? Yes, but with every application that is ‘outside the box’ of EPA testing guidelines, we make no claims. Although the EPA labels SNiPER with the lowest toxicity rating allowed, and the master label contains the '"mild on hands" claim, there can be no guarantee of protection due to multiple variables in the conditions which, as mentioned, is not part of the EPA testing protocol. This product is a bit pricey, but worth it to keep the critters safe. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it claims is odor free, safe for spraying on grass *by J***. on July 12, 2025* We adopted a 1 - 2 year old Goldendoodle that was in treatment for canine Parvo virus. The vet who saved him at animal hospital recommended quarantine for a month coupled with cleaning up any poop immediately and sanitizing the area. We added an additional week for extra safety. While diluted bleach would work very well and kill the virus it would also kill all my lawn so that was not an option. I researched disinfectants and this one claimed it killed Parvo, was odor free and would not harm grass. I bought one gallon and use a spray bottle I purchased at Home Depot. I can definitely attest to all the claims except killing Parvo virus since I have no way to actually test for that. But as a chemist I have confidence that based on the ingredients, it is doing the job. We have two more days to go and just over a quart left of the disinfectant so all should work out with no shortage and maybe just a little to spare.
