High heat safe frying oil. We even sprinkle a little on beans, potatoes, etc. instead of using butter. The taste is very mild and does not taste like avocado. Heart and skin healthy oil. If using cold oil for salad, most healthy us olive oil but for cooking, this is most healthy.

Only one complaint... there wasn’t enough in this bottle! It’s great! I always make homemade salad dressing, and this just kicks it up a notch!

I have been doing a lot more cooking at home due to coronavirus. I was looking for a pork chop recipe and the writer mentioned using avocado oil when cooking at a higher temp. I decided to purchase this and try it out!I’m so glad that i did because it has been a game changer. I have been using this in place of olive oil when cooking at 425-450. I made breaded pork chops and roasted potatoes with this avocado oil and they both turned out amazing! My husband commented how good everything tasted and the potatoes were perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside! I will be definitely stocking up on this stuff!!

This oil works well for saute, and many things that people would use olive oil for during the cooking cycle, but with a higher heat handling capability than olive oil.It is also a really excellent oil for pop corn popping. It yields a full pop without burning and has a harmonious taste for the popcorn with a bit of salt. Coating kernels with oil makes for the best yields when popping in a large pot. We never use microwave popcorn.I'm giving this four stars because other places like Joe's often have an equal quality oil for less money, with a larger bottle too. The small bottle for this type of oil that keeps better than olive oil is inconvenient and somehow feels cheap. I want to give the product a three star for the value aspect but it gets four stars because what I received is good oil.You might want to check around to see if there are better deals.

I am diabetic and this is the best oil to use. No carbs. This tastes very smooth with light flavor. A good buy.

I use it in my protein shakes and my salads. ... And the packaging was fantastic. I think you could have dropped the box from a two-story building and it would have been just fine (not that I recommend it!).

I like to FRY foods - lol. I've purchased this 3 or 4 times now, and will be again soon. Great flavor, no smoke, super affordable. I'm a happy camper.

I've switched over most my stove top cooking to this oil. I have gas burners and with coconut oil I was getting smoke with higher temps but not anymore. The flavor is great and I use less also. I'm really impressed. No oily taste either with using less. I really love it!
