Works on all wall textures
I use these at work where we have wallpaper and painted walls to post laminated paper and plastic sign holders to the walls. Changing the signs is easy as the velco comes apart and a new sign can be added to the wall. Not repeatedly pulling tabs off the wall that pulls off the paint. Most adhesive won't stay on wallpaper but these will.

The sticky part is strong. The velcro is not!

Adhesive not strong enough for foam core
I used 10 of these to mount 4x5 ft. 1/4” foamcore panel to a latex painted wall. Adhesive on the back of each Velcro tab failed to cling to a clean/dry wall. Panel Came down overnight.
