Star Wars: The Force Awakens Child's Kylo Ren Costume Gloves

These are cool and definitely look the part. They’re listed as “kids” gloves, however they are so big my 7 year old’s fingers get lost in the palm of the glove & struggle to make their ways into the finger parts. After much wrestling he can do it and adequately grip his lightsaber for battle in them.

It does say child's gloves on the tag, but they are very big -- they fit me, an adult man with average-sized hands. My kid has to wear another pair of gloves underneath to make them fit. More for a teen than a child. Other than that they look good.

Gift

The gloves really completed the Kylo Ren costume, but the gloves are very weird. The wrists are very small, and my wrists are very small, and even I had trouble putting my hands in there. However, the inner part of the glove was big. The thumb placement was a little strange. The dexterity of my hand was reduced to 50%. Overall, these gloves are ok for the price.

I’m really wishing I had read the other reviews before ordering these…I’ll echo the other reviewers and say that these gloves are not for younger children! I ordered them for my son who is 7.5 years old and average sized and they’re swimming on him. They fit me almost perfectly, and I would say I usually wear a medium in adult gloves. My husband also tried them on, and they actually fit him as well, they’re just too short in the fingers. I added pictures that show the rough measurements of the gloves so anyone who is curious could see if these would fit their child (or themselves!)Aside from the size issues, they do feel relatively high quality and like they would hold up to some moderate use. They do not have much stretch to them—they feel like “pleather,” polyester fabric interior with a smooth faux leather outside. Hopefully this helps!

Fit my 9 year old done perfectly. He’s on he bigger size, 10-12 size, and these were great for his outfit! The material seems to be some Kind of pleather, but it’s durable and a great item for its purpose.

Happy to have gotten these to finish my son's costume. My only issue was that they are pretty large for a child's glove. The gloves fit my hands well, where my son's hands were swimming in them (he didn't care). Hopefully he'll want to be Kylo Ren the next few years or some other character that needs gloves, since he will definitely be growing into them.I feel I would consider these gloves the next size up. Meaning that if you were to go to the department store to buy these they would not be in the children's section but the youth section.Overall the quality and material were nice. No complaints with that at all, just the size.

These gloves aren’t really sized for kids under 10.

Good quality product, but the packaging says kids size, they are big enough for an adult lady to wear. Bought these for my 9 year old grandson. Much to big!!!
