The first cassette player I ordered was faulty (played a bit fast) but I emailed the company to find a solution. They were so quick at responding and sent me a replacement right away. It works so well and the sound quality is great. It is easy to use and love that I can record my tapes onto my laptop. The buttons are sturdy and the whole thing fits in my pocket easily. Would highly reccomend this product especially for the price. Get to listen to all my old tapes :)

Great and bought one for a friend too. Issues with the recommended App though, so may get a different software pack together. Fast, easy and instant.

I a walkman with a reverse play function in order to listen to some meditation tapes. After doing some research , I decided on the Reshow walkman and I was not disappointed. It is of simple yet excellent build quality, and works equally well with the provided cable or with batteries (though I prefer the cable). The reverse play function, which was most important for me, works perfectly. It is very lightweigh, so easy and comfortable to carry with you in your pocket, even when jogging. Finally the customer service from Reshow is very good indeed. Quick clear communication and very helpful. If you're looking for a good value walkman, I highly recommend this excellent one from Reshow.

I only bought this item as it had an attachment arm. Unfortunately this has broken within just a few weeks negating the benefit of having the use of it whilst walking around. Everything else regarding the item has been fine.

*Update* The player has broken and only 1 spindle spins. This destroyed my tape and I can no longer listen to it. This happened after less than a month of owning this device. The video shows the issue. Original review is below. Firstly, this device can run off USB power alone. Which is great. However when doing so, there is a noticeable and loud “hum”/“buzzing” noise that affects the sound of music etc. unplugging the power and running off battery is better but still not great. The auto flip mechanism activates regardless of whether the switch to enable it is on or off. Super annoying. There are also times where the sound of the player itself are just loud and it refuses to play a tape. It stops by itself. After this it works, but still odd. The player is also subject to some wow and flutter. Overall, it’s a pretty poor cassette player. I imagine it would be even worse when digitising tapes.

Brilliant bit of kit. Managed to get a recording of my late father singing from cassette to digital without any problems at all. Well worth the money. No issues with quality as original recording was quite crackly anyway.

Used to digitise 5 minutes of speech captured on cassette tape 20 years ago. This process wasn’t straight forward proving challenging. However, it did eventually work. It is quite inexpensive, so for the money is reasonable.

Being involved professionally in audio and sound systems for over 40 years I can confidently say for the price its amazing, clarity superb, no hum, was able to digitise an audio cassette that was produced over 40 years ago I highly recommend, build quality very good in my opinion. I bought a similar cassette player to do the same job putting my head in a bee hive would be less hum so 5 stars plus
