What surfectants or cleansing agents are used? "natural cleansers" as typed on the ingredient deck is not the legal inci name. is it sulfate free?

I have not used it so can't comment on the product but thought I would pass along the information. This soap fraction is not natural or organic but on the whole the ingredient list is quiet wholesome and impressive.

This shampoo and the accompanying conditioner left a film on my hair. I do shake the bottle so... am I rinsing incorrectly?

All I can tell is this shampoo can build up a lot. Maybe this gives you a false feeling of a "thicker" hair.  I did not like it and my hair is still thin.

Based upon my experience of using this product as directed for three months, NO! This is just a nice herbal smelling shampoo that cleans your hair. It does not make it thicker or encourage new hair growth.
