Animal PM Deep Sleep Aid Supplement for Adults | 30 Pill Packs

I have issues sleeping throughout the night waking up every 2 hours. I've tried all the prescription medications and nothing works. I saw this and figured I would try it. For the first time in a long time I slept through the night.

good

I used to struggle with falling asleep, but ever since I began taking PM sleep and recovery pills, I've noticed a significant improvement in my ability to fall asleep faster and feel that my muscles are more recovered the following day. However, I've also noticed a downside – I tend to feel more tired during the day, which could be due to poorer sleep quality.. but overall I believe it made a difference since taking them

It’s not bad at all but it’s potency kinda lacks, if you have trouble sleeping this won’t help immensely it will only be a little support, it’s okay for recovery and the only thing I don’t like it’s that it’s so many pills and it gets annoying to take them every night just to wake up somewhat a little more energized that you would without it.

As someone who has struggled with achieving restful sleep and effective nighttime recovery, incorporating Animal PM into my routine has been transformative. Here’s an in-depth look at its standout features: Key Features & Benefits: • Comprehensive Sleep & Relaxation Complex: Animal PM delivers a complete blend of natural ingredients, including Valerian Root Powder, Chamomile Flower, L-Theanine, and L-Tryptophan, which work synergistically to promote deep, restful sleep without the risk of dependency. • Non-Habit Forming Formula: One of the standout aspects of Animal PM is its all-natural, non-habit forming composition. This ensures that I can use it consistently without concerns about dependency or diminishing effects over time. • Enhanced Recovery & Growth Hormone Support: The inclusion of Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) and Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AKG) naturally boosts growth hormone levels, facilitating muscle recovery and growth during sleep. • Immune System Support: With a blend of Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6, Animal PM not only aids in sleep and recovery but also bolsters the immune system, helping to fend off illnesses and keep me in peak condition. • User Testimonials: Many users have reported profound improvements in their sleep quality and recovery. One reviewer noted, “I really sleep profoundly and straight through the night with Animal PM.” Final Verdict: Animal PM stands out as a top-tier sleep aid and recovery supplement. Its thoughtful blend of natural, non-habit forming ingredients not only enhances sleep quality but also supports muscle recovery, growth hormone production, and immune health. For athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone seeking to improve their sleep and nighttime recovery, Animal PM is a highly recommended addition to your regimen. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Another great product by Animal. I've used the flex, and currently use the Pak and Greens. Everything I've tried from them is legit. These work.

I take the Animal Pak vitamins religiously as well as several other supplements but I do not recommend this one. I found these and decided to give it a try. The past few nights have been rough. Weird dreams and constantly waking are making rest impossible. Every morning I’m nauseous and run down like I had too much MSG the night before. It’s possible that this formula affects me differently and I will continue to use the other products but I’m done with Animal PM.

I hesitate to score these without being more of an expert on the science behind all the ingredients and related delivery design. I’ve been taking them for a couple years so I’m not a hater. As a late night gym rat, my needs are little different than others. These do have the melatonin effect of gradual sleepiness onset (maybe 45 mins). I’m 6’, 220 with good muscle mass. These come in little baggies that are fairly easy to open but it is a lot of pills to swallow. Some are gel caps and others or smaller horse pills. It’s probably good for me that I have to drink so much water just to take them. If they could reduce the number and make them all gel caps, I would be much happier. I never feel groggy in the mornings, but I also hit the coffee first thing. Many of the top supplement companies are releasing sleep supplements for various needs, including workout recovery. Momentous has a melatonin sleep formula with 2 small gel caps that have a nice taste, and I often take them because they make me tired faster and are so much easier to swallow. With creatine and other vitamin supplements, this huge bundle of pills might not be necessary. They are, however, a great value!
