The set arrived quickly, packaged well, and ready to install. I did run into a couple of issues with a few of the logs, but this is where the company truly impressed me. Their after‑sale support was outstanding. Communication was prompt and clear, and they immediately took ownership of the problem. Replacement parts were shipped right away in sturdy, commercial‑grade boxes—carefully padded, clearly labeled, and clearly handled with care. It’s rare to see that level of attention to detail anymore. Installation was straightforward, and once everything was in place, the log set looked fantastic. When lit, it creates a warm, natural-looking flame that really elevates the room. Overall, this purchase turned into a great experience thanks to a quality product backed by a company that genuinely stands behind what they sell. I’m very happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend this set to anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace.

I almost never write reviews, but these gas fireplace logs deserve it. Installation was incredibly easy and took no time at all. The moment I turned it on, I was blown away. The flames and the glowing embers look unbelievably natural, far better than I expected for the price. The ember bed in particular is beautiful, and it gives that perfect warm, realistic glow that makes the whole setup feel like a real wood fire. I genuinely felt like a caveman just staring at it, completely mesmerized. It is instantly gratifying in the best possible way. The fire dances, the logs look authentic, and the whole thing transforms the room the second you turn it on. Very impressed and absolutely recommend. If you are on the fence, get them. You will love it.

This fire set is very well constructed. The logs are individually painted and look very realistic. The way the tray is designed along with the special sand and fake embers really give it a realistic look. Installation was very simple much better than most.

Extremely happy with this gas log conversion. It far surpassed my expectations, looks great, easy setup with simple instructions, and the price is reasonable compared to other models I looked at. I would highly recommend. The only this the manufacturer could do better, is offer it in a “Left” sided gas hook up. I tried to switch it around but could not get the fittings off. So I did have to buy a “48 inch” gas line in order to hook up to the right side burner fitting.

The logs themselves are beautiful and the installation instructions were easy. The only issue we had was the insert for the gas tubing was a little close and we had to get a shorter hose but it all depends on the fireplace setup you have. Works perfect and really adds such a cool ambience to our living room.

Overall this product is satisfactory. There was an issue with the main 'large' log and customer service was outstanding. This set in no way compares to the set being replaced. Shrinkflation... Log diameter for the new set was extremely less than original set being replaced. Make sure you follow instructions for installation or the fire will burn off log color. Not sure I would purchase something like this on-line again. Would prefer to see the set in person before purchasing. Seems this log set is no longer available; therefore, review may not be seen!

Great purchase for my wood burning fireplace conversion. This log set looks functions great and was a fraction of the price of most offerings. Everything we needed was included and set up was seamless. So happy we made the switch. We use the fireplace often now for warm, cozy nights.
