I still don't know how to measure the amount and was a little heavy-handed at first and the jar emptied out within 2-3 weeks.On my 2nd jar and going a little lighter.I guess it needs to build up in your system before you reap the benefits.I did not feel any different,even with the addition on Ubiquinol,R-ALA,ALCAR and PQQ but after I went for drinks on 2 seperate occasions and got hammered good,I woke up the next morning without hangovers,headaches or stomach problems like I normally would.In fact,I felt good,like when I was in my 20's,drinking heavily and escaping the effects the next day.Haven't been able to do that once I hit my 30's.I guess the combination I am on now works it's magic in the background.Certainly came to my aid when I needed it.Good,quality stuff.Can't wait to experience the long-term benefits.

Definite increase in testosterone and energy. As a very quiet and soft spoken individual it put me at odds with others a few times because of the added aggression and assertiveness, which surprised the crap out of me in a bad way. However the extra energy to finish all my work throughout the day and having the extra boost to not skip a workout is fantastic. Helped my mood improve and made me noticeably more positive and social, but I also experienced some mood swings as well that were not comfortable to deal with. Increases sex drive, so if you're not looking for that, I would not recommend this product at all as it can become distracting. Shilajit definitely works, but you have to weigh the benefits to the drawbacks and decide if it's worth it to you. I'd imagine this is what using anabolic steroids feels like to a new user: aggressive, horny, and moody.

I wanted to wait till after I finished my first jar in order to give a proper review. Shilajit has changed my life. After a month of taking it every day I felt myself having more and more energy, I felt a lot happier in my day to day life, and the craziest thing that happened was I started to dream again. I never even realized i but I went years with only having a dream once a month at most if I was lucky. I now have dreams daily and I believe Shilajit has something to do with that. A friend hipped me to shilajit. This stuff is amazing. It's been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries and is cherished as a powerful healing substance in eastern traditions. I'm glad I ordered from Adaptive and got a good product on my first order. Apparently they make Purblack, which is the higher end. But this shilajit is very good and high quality from what I can tell. It has kind of a dense earthy aroma/taste, very black, resinous and sticky. I've been putting it in my coffee every morning and there's a noticeable difference in my mood and energy levels. This stuff is dank. Thank you!!

Wow, I was wholly unprepared for the extreme energy boost from the first dose. Like wow I wanted to run to the gym I have no membership with to do a circuit 😉. Love this stuff, not just energy but mental clarity boost, Im hooked 😍
