I’ve always had problems with trying to sleep and it’s gotten worse as I get older. I have been on Ambien. I have been on Tylenol for sleep. I’ve been on so many different things. Definitely a fan of these. Took two and was asleep in just a few minutes. Slept well and didn't have any wierd dreams. Also, probably tmi, but slept nearly 7 hours without waking up even once because I needed to go to the restroom.
