No "Dot" only an Ampersand (&). If you look at the image of the tool you will see what is included.

Could this etch/punch into Titanium?

The steel on these letters is much harder than titanium. It will work, yes.

Has anyone tried to stamp on just regular wax paper? Does this work??

Probably would. Just have to experiment with the surface on which to lay the wax paper to get the best effect.
