Great Purchase
My daughter raves about this backpack. She had so many books that it was impacting her spinal curve so we decided on a backpack with wheels and this is great. Heavy duty but can double as a regular backpack when it is raining or wet outside.

UPDATED REVIEW Amazing customer service - OLD REVIEW Zipper track keeps misaligning
UPDATED REVIEW: 8/18/23Customer service reached out to me regarding the backpack and the zipper issue. At first they offered a full refund, but I really wanted the backpack to work so I asked if they could do a replacement because I did believe that perhaps the bag we got was defective. They agreed to a replacement and sent out one immediately after the discussion. The bag arrived pretty quickly and this one's zippers are functioning normally. We tried zipping and unzipping it quickly, haphazardly, etc and it stayed aligned. My kid gets her rolling backpack with working zippers and we're pleased. Customer service is absolutely amazing.----------------------OLD REVIEW: 8/7/23Wish I didn't buy this so early for my middle schooler because I would have done an exchange or a return if it happened again. The zipper keeps misaligning and it keeps splitting open. The bag isn't too full that it can't close correctly, the zipper teeth just don't meet right in some spots unless we zip it very, very slowly. Maybe I got a defective bag, at least I could only hope so given the price, but I would have done an exchange to see the other one did the same thing. So unfortunate that I'm out $80 for something that we have to treat gingerly when it's an item I bought specifically for durability.

Good Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. The quality of the backpack is well made. We have the backpack for a year and it's been through some rough roads and usage as any kid would do, and it still works well. We did have a problem with the handle where it got stuck frequently (likely from the frequent fall and rough usage). Customer was able to provide quick responses to questions and sent a handle replacement for free. Kudos to the customer service for handling it promptly. Now the handle is working smoothly with no issue.

It didn't last half a year - started falling apart within a few months
I read the reviews and did my homework. I honestly didn't think a first grader would need such a big bag with wheels, but my daughter wanted one like all her friends, so I splurged and bought this for her, hoping that at this price, it would be durable enough to last 2 years. This was purchased in August 2023, and now it's March 2024 -- so this bag is falling apart before finishing the first year. The bag itself is big. And HEAVY. Take into account that without anything in it, it already weighs quite a bit. So having shoulder straps is not something the kid will be using. And if you (the parent/grandparent) use the shoulder straps, they are padded only on the top and the rest is flimsy webbing tape which connects with a shackle. It's not a strap that's comfortable to wear and it hurts your underarm area. The bag looked like it was made of quality materials. When you look deeper at things, you notice that they use a long stitch on high-pressure areas, like attaching the zipper. It was obvious the zipper wasn't going to hold. See image. Also, the velcro thing in front didn't last. The stitching there fell apart. So while the materials look like quality, they weren't put together well. The wheels have lost their alignment and are no longer straight. While it's only a block to school, it feels like my daughter is struggling with the supermarket cart with a crooked wheel. You know the one... She can't run to school with her backpack like she could at the beginning of the year. The handle is still in tact - I was worried about that, due to other reviews. Inside, the handle takes up a lot of room, so if you need to carry a laptop, or hard cover books, you're losing a lot of space due to the handle. My daughter loves this bag, but she's 6 and I'm the one dragging it around most of the time. I wouldn't buy this again. I hope that next time I buy her a bag it won't have wheels and will hold up better.
