I’m disappointed in this company but I hope they can make this right to their loyal customers because as more negative reviews pour in, a new company will come in and take all their customers. I bought one recently and I hope it can at least do the same job as the product before, if not this will be my last time ever purchasing from you guys. Please reconsider this drastic change and save your company to do right by your customers.
