I was that mom that worried constantly about how much back support my son had, or didn't have, with all of the baby seats growing into toddler age. I tried everything to prevent him from having poor posture, but ironically he ended up having the worst posture of all of his friends, now at age 11. I bought this to help straighten him out a little, and it's been truly helpful! His posture has improved, and he's now also more subconscious when he doesn't have it on!I typically have him wear it when he is playing video games, and that has been a good distractor for him to have it on for a solid period of time, without it being something he's conscientious about.His only complaint about it is that his armpits hurt after some time from the straps. He's sort of in-between a Child and Adult Small size. I ended up ordering both, but highly recommend child size for 11 year olds that are a little stocky, over the Adult Small. It's too much of a difference between sizes, and they will drown a little in the bigger one. This would also work well for petite younger children as well. He's towards the larger end of the straps, but there is solid room for fluctuation, if you are looking for child sizes and aren't quite sure if yours will fit or not.Overall, solid quality product, and works!

My daughter who reads a lot and whenever she is reading her neck was bent down so I bought this posture correcting belt for her. Ist few days she felt tired after wearing it for long time but now she is quite used to it.Belt is very easy too wear and is very comfortable.It does help to keep your back straight. How much it helps to correct the posture in long term the time will tell but it does keep the back up once you are wearing it. My daughter is using it on regular basis so we are happy as we can clealry see that her back is straight up and her neck is not bent down.It is padded at the back and around the shoulders.So after two weeks I am pleased with the results.

Started using this strap at first I didn't feel it was doing anything then after use I did feel my muscles ache but for the good of alignment. I was poorly so I stopped now I'm better I will start again as I felt it working for my back. Once i use over a period of time then I will rate with stars .

Sizing is very good my partner is a big man so was worried it might be a bit small but it's perfect we ordered large and is great.

I bought this as I have a bad posture which causes my back to ache, I thought I'd give this a try. The strapping is easy to use and I feel it has already helped improve my posture. The back brace and the straps are padded to stop it from rubbing too much. I have been wearing it for a couple of hours a day and I feel like it is helping and fairly comfortable to wear.

The only small problem I had (and I am an idiot) was getting the straps in the right setting. This is so effective for my otherwise CONSTANT stabbing neck and shoulder pains. If only it had wings so I could fly...
