Bought this hoping to find a fault with my 2017 Astra diesel. Product came in open packaging and the product had clearly been used before. This was not an issue so long as it worked. I plugged it in on my OBD2 port and saw the back-light on the device light up, however there was no menu, only a blank screen. I turned the key to On and again nothing! I finally switched my engine on to see if this would create the spark of life, and no luck. Pressing the buttons, holding the buttons at each stage did also not work. It may be faulty but as such I cannot recommend a product that did not work I will be buying elsewhere.

I try to do what I can to save money where I can. Buying this is one of those ways. Why pay a mechanic to tell me what is wrong when it could be a simple issue my fiancé or I could repair ourselves. This OBD reader is quick and convenient. Best of all it has proven to be accurate.

It arrived with quite a few scratches on the screen, but it's easy to use and does the job
