Good to bake cookies, nan, dosas. Great product for Keto. Wish it was bit cheaper.

Good replacement for regular flour.

First of all very expensive for what you get and there are strange hard chips that after sifting was about 1/3 of the cup poured out 🤨After sifting, what I had left did work very well and my snickerdoodle cookies came out very good. I really really wanted to love this product but the strange chips were very concerning and take up a lot of the contents. Carbquick is essentially the exact same thing but without the funky chips.

The strange chips are oil in this and carbquik.....

It says on package that it can be used for pancakes, waffles and most recipes as a flour substitute. Just wish there were some recipes provided.

Used this in a low carb bread recipe. The bread was heavy and the flavor is bland. You will need to add more flavor to it to give it some taste ; the yeast I normally use didn’t work in this flour . It didn’t rise normally. This will work best in biscuits and waffle or pancake recipes!
