Can this set be used on carpets?

The wheels are designed for hard surfaces such as tile, wood, and laminate. On carpet, the rollers cannot rotate properly, so the set works only on flat, solid flooring.

Why can the platform slip out from under the item?

The platform must sit flat, and the wheels should face the direction you intend to move the item. Slipping can occur if the surface is uneven or if the item is not fully positioned on the platform.

Can the lever slide out from under the furniture?

The lever functions correctly only within the recommended weight limit. If the item is too heavy or the furniture edge doesn’t provide a solid contact point, the lever may slip out. It’s important to place it under a firm, table edge.

Does the set move in different directions, or only straight?

The rollers do not swivel — they move in a single, straight direction. To change direction, you need to lift the item slightly and rotate the platform as needed.

Can it lift items heavier than 220 lbs?

No. 220 lbs is the maximum recommended weight. Exceeding it reduces the tool’s effectiveness and may cause slipping, as both the lever and the platforms are designed for this limit.
