Soft but firm
Nice and soft for things like laying on it on your back or assisted bridges. But sturdy enough to hold weight. I’m so happy I have this one in addition to the cork ones for things involving the spine. The colour is gorgeous too.

Arrived damaged but replaced immediately. Works well.
This arrived badly damaged, wrapped only in cellophane and a bit of cardboard. I returned it immediately for a replacement but was annoyed that I had this inconvenience. The next morning the replacement was on my doorstep. Great customer service!
