D'Addario XT Coated Bass Strings XTB45105, 45-105, 4-String

These have been great for my p bass that doesn’t get used often. They seem like new after months. If you want a string that doesn’t get dull, give these a try. I can roll the treble off to get that fundamental thump, roll it back up for a brighter sound. Nice strings!

These strings sound amazing! I’ve very picky about my string choice, I’ve tried just about every brand in my 20 years of playing bass! D’addario makes really good strings! Wolfgang plays D’addario! I put these strings on my new-to-me Jackson CBX David Ellefson bass! The combination between D’addario and EMG electronics makes for a very LARGE, clear, defined bass tone! The coated string feels and sounds like a new string and has no “coated” string feel! I will be using D’addario for the rest of my days!

Fancy packaging outside and reliable strings inside. I really don’t notice much difference between these and D’Addario’s regular strings which I suppose is a good thing. But wondering if it was worth the extra price for these.

They are fantastic.

Installed these strings on a Fender Jazz Bass with a set of Fender pure vintage ‘74 pickups. They sound pretty good. They aren’t super bright, not as bright as I was expecting. I’ve been using the non-coated nickel D’Addarios for a very long time. Brand new, this coated set sounds about like what the uncoateds sound like when I start thinking they need to be replaced. But, after a couple of weeks of use, they still sound like that, so I think the longevity is good. They just didn’t sound like brand new strings when they were brand new. They play easy. I like the feel. Some other brands of string can give me right plucking finger blisters after a long rehearsal and these don’t do that. They were reasonably priced. I’ll probably buy them again

Great bass strings.. Its what I use for my basses.. I play in a band and they never have a problem with the sound of them.. I am a finger player and they never have really deliver!

Nice... Clear. Resonant bass strings. I'm now playing a medium gauge set of strings on both basses, a jbass with a rosewood fretboard and a jbass with a maple fretboard. No longer playing a light gauge set of strings. Get thick bass tones with very light touch.

Perfette! Non le avevo mai acquistate me le hanno consigliate e devo dire che ho fatto un’ottima scelta.

Las cuerdas suenan bien y no he notado ninguna diferencia entre las daddario normales, sin embrago tampoco he notado que duraran mucho más que las normales (unas 3 semanas en vez 2 y media). No volveré a comprarlas.

Es un gran producto totalmente recomendado

Sem dúvida o melhor encordoamento que usei da D’addario que sempre fui fã pelo custo benefício onde timbre/durabilidade serem o seu ponto alto .
