Um, this stuff is crazy crazy, I wasn't expecting much, and I have to admit feeling kind of foolish at the idea this might not work. Considering the price point, let's just say I had my fingers crossed! I thought I'd try it and specifically not tell anyone that I was using it, making sure whatever results were observed, they were natural and organic instead of people seeing and agreeing with my thoughts on it and only getting bias "proof". I used this as it recommended, one brush full across both lids, however, I used one brush full across the top and bottom lid and another brush full across the other top and bottom lid. After the first time I tried it, I found that if you have too much on the brush, it can leak into your eyes and cause some slight stinging, however it didn't last long nor did it leave any redness, itching or puffiness, the only other thing I noticed (again if I used too much) the next day there was a little bit of white crust in the corner of my eyes that wiped away quick and simple. I thought after about two weeks my lashes looked a little more full and thick, so I continued to use it daily and more or less forgot about it, it wasn't until about four or five weeks in when I was talking to my husband about something and He interjected almost forcibly how LONG and THICK my lashes were looking, He expressed it almost incredulously, then asked if I was wearing mascara or lash makeup because they looked so healthy and Beautiful! I was momentarily surprised and then remembered I'd been using this serum and couldn't help but smile thinking how cool it was that, not only was it working, but HE noticed it all on His own! If I were looking for proof positive this product works, I'd say having a significant other notice the desired effects unprovoked, is a pretty big deal. He has pointed it out more than a few times in the last few weeks each time saying how crazy long, thick and healthy they look and each time this has been without any additional eye makeup, mascara, lash curlers or anything else, just my bare naked eyes ;) I absolutely DO recommend this product and I wish I had the before and after pictures, considering my lashes have never really been thick or thin.... they just are, but when I say I can notice a difference from my profile view and I can even feel the length, like, they are tickling my cheeks and the corner of my eyelids because they are getting so much longer, so often lately I go to rub my eye carefully thinking I'm going to rub my eye makeup off until I remember it's not mascara making my eyes tickle it's my longer lashes tickling my lids! This stuff really really works! I don't know what people are used to spending on products like these, I know for myself this is a bit higher price than I want spend, but for the results, IT. IS. WORTH. IT!!! Five stars absolutely, this product works and I've even begun to use it in patchy spots on my brows and they are beginning to fill in!

Definitely works, you are going to get longer lashes but there is a trade off. Brace yourself to get the most crazy dark circles around your eyes you ever had in your life. Oh and the growth was noticeable around 2-3 months.

This stuff is truly insane. My lashes were extremely thin and very short, you couldn't even notice I had lashes. It seriously only took a week to really notice a difference and the results got better every day. My lashes are much longer to the point I don't have to curl them, they curl on their own which is wild to me because I have never in my life had lashes that curled on their own and stayed that way. Before my lashes would fall straight after curling them. What is also amazing is my lashes darkened so you can actually see them, before they were like a light brown and now they are dark. I have extremely sensitive skin especially around my eyes and they did not cause any irritation accept maybe the first week my lids would feel a bit itchy but not crazy itchy but it went away. As for the ones saying it burns, I bet you are putting on the stuff with your eyes closed where the solution is getting into your eyes. I think it's best to put it on with your eyes open on the top of your lash line.

I bought the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum because it was highly recommended by a coworker who CLEARLY had amazing results with it. As a nurse, science is kind of my jam. This is my honest review of the product AND the legitimate scientific studies that prove beauty comes at a price. First, this product is very fairly priced considering that a little goes a long way. The consistency is thin like water, the serum applies easily and evenly with the included brush, and dries quickly. It doesn't burn with application for me personally, but this is a complaint for others (I have very sensitive skin and eyes so it's surprising that I have no issue with it). The results take at least a month in my experience and the results are definitely positive. My lashes were noticeably longer after the first month. The results reversed months after discontinuing use, so you must always use this product to get the longer lash effect (its not permanent). Now for the science. The active ingredient is Isopropyl Cloprostenate. I have reviewed several reputable studies on this active ingredient and this is a simplified summary of the data that I was able to obtain. Studies have shown a visible increase in length of lashes compared to control groups, so the lash enhancing claims of this product are truthful. Studies have also shown significant periorbital fat/volume loss which makes the skin around the eyes look thin, darker, more wrinkled, and sunken. Thankfully, the negative results were able to reverse with discontinued use, but so were the results of longer lashes. The active ingredient was also flagged by the SCCS as a potential reproductive/developmental toxicant (but the results were on male rats.. of course.. science has always been a little sexist). It is also flagged as a potential carcinogen (possible cancer causing ingredient). The studies, unfortunately, are not 100% conclusive and there is, as always, so much room for further testing. Weigh out the pros and cons for yourself to decide if this product, or any eyelash growth serum, is right for you. I'm giving this 4 stars because the product DOES do as it claims, but at a potential cost to the consumer. Hope this helps!

Works really well, however causes a lot of skin irritation for me personally. Prostaglandin or prostaglandin analogs, as far as I can tell from my research, are the ONLY ingredients that will cause your eyelashes to grow this dramatically, however a lot of people have a lot of irritation from prostaglandin, myself included. Growth serums without prostaglandins don’t do anything for many people. As much as I hate the irritation, the effects are worth it for me, so what I’ve done with this product as well as others, is use it consistently for 3-4 months, take 3-4 months break, and then repeat. That way it gives my skin some time to recover and I still get to enjoy the eyelash effects. For me, the length and thickness peaks at about 3-4 months, and I’m 2 months into this cycle again. You can see my eyelashes are much longer, especially since I have very thin/no bottom lashes naturally, BUT you can also definitely see more irritation in the After pictures. Pick your poison, worth it for me.

I absolutely love this lash serum! I’ve noticed such a significant difference in the length and fullness of my eyelashes since using it. I’ve bought it multiple times because I love the results so much. It has become a staple in my beauty routine, and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

I’m very impressed with this product, I’m on week 3 and my lashes are growing very full and getting long quick. I cannot wait for the end results. The downside is the first week it irritated my eye lids quite a bit, and I looked high. After a week and half my eyes have adjusted, but it still feels heavy on the eye lids. So if I put it on before and bed and another time during the day, I can deal with it. In the future I hope they make a product that is less irritating. But the results show.

I have been using this serum for years now. For about a year I stopped using it until May this year and expectedly my eyelashes lost their length. I bought it again this year and decided to document the process. The first photo is from May 2026 and the second photo is from September 2026 using the serum usually 1-2 times a day. The only irritation I get is my eyelashes curling into my eye and I have not noticed any darkening or sinking around my eyes either. It is clear my eyelashes are much longer as well, I love the results. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth it for the results and I do not find it greasy or even noticeable on the eye. Super easy to apply just a bit on the lash line and honestly it will last me much longer than the advertised length. I love the appearance of my eyelashes after using this serum.

Le seul produit qui me donne des cils parfait. À croire que j'ai des faux cils depuis cet achat. Il faut quand meme pas le mettre dans les yeux, puisque meme si ca ne pique pas j'imagine que ca ne devrait pas être bien non plus

It is amazing.. i have used it for almost a month and not daily.. i had exactly zero lashed at the end of my upper lash line.. now they arr completely grown and seen as they were before Only be aware if you have under eye dark circles, they could be darker by time Bit for me i am super satisfied..

Phenomenal! I didn’t believe this would work but it was amazing ! I accidentally snapped a large section of my eyelashes on one eye with eyelash curlers. So, tried this applying it every night as per instructions- based on the raving reviews, after a few weeks of using it (on clean, cleansed eyes). I can honestly say my eyelashes are now the longest, healthiest and impressive when I apply mascara that they have ever been. I already had naturally long lashes anyway but this has boosted them even more ! I continue to use it nightly as loving the results. If you want results you need this, worth every single penny !
