Is this knife have a high carbon content? I don’t consider it a good one unless it stains black after cutting a apple.

I know there is enough carbon in the blades that the blades will turn darker when used on something that is acidic. Cutting an apple or soaking in vinegar will discolor the blades.

can i get this same knife with the Jesus fish on it.
