My home heating oil tank is about 800 litre, about 1.2m high, would this gauge be suitable please?** A: I’d say no - I bought one of these assuming universal suitability and fit etc etc, but these are calibrated for a much taller tank; it will show change up or down but gauge movements will not be especially stark. I would suggest searching for a gauge with ‘1m’ or ‘3’’ in the description - there are plenty of them on this site. As to male / m2 tank, Google is your friend, I’m afraid I couldn’t answer without googling it myself. ## Frequently Bought Together - SOMATHERM FOR YOU - Mechanical Gauge for Fuel Tank M2", Grey - DEBFLEX - 16A Phase + Neutral 3KA Circuit Breaker - Short Circuit Module - NF Certified - Electrical Panel Installation - Grey - Peigne 13 Modules Black/White Long 220 mm --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/175831352-somatherm-for-you-mechanical-gauge-for-2-inch-oil-tank](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/175831352-somatherm-for-you-mechanical-gauge-for-2-inch-oil-tank) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
