But it has doubled in price and so I will go back to making my own in 8 ounces of room temperature water, I add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with the mother, 1 teaspoon of sole water, at least a half teaspoon of turmeric and a half teaspoon of ginger, a pinch of black pepper, and a few drops of cayenne pepper or you can use ground, with a quarter of a lemon squeezed in. I have been using this for years and I am 73 years old. It’s a great way to start your day. I don’t put anything in my stomach for at least 15 minutes after I’ve drank it and it’s best to sip at it rather than slug it down.
