Ingredients start off saying.....Salt, Monosodium Glutimate, Palm oil, shrimp powder, hydrogenated beef fat, hydrogenated soybean oil, hydrolyzed corn protein. And about 10 more ingredients after that. yes, salty indeed with 1,000 mg. per serving. I only use half a cube at a time. it's really all you need, especially if you are adding a piece of actual fish or seafood to it. And if you use hot sauce/chili paste, 1/2 cube is all you need.
