Did not follow instructions caused stress and anxiety that led to a serious fall struggling to get up to try and transfer to a wheelchair in process fell it has been given in report that delivery personnel’s phone me on arrival to give me time to prepare to get myself to the intercom but as many times I’m confirmed it is to happen it never does the delivery personnel’s do not care

I used this exactly as directed, 2 or 3 drops twice a day for 7 days and then used an ear wax removal flushing system I also bought on Amazon. Worked like a charm. I had tried DeBrox with the included syringe and that didn’t work for me. This product softened it up and the flushing machine washed it all out.
