We love this product but it lasted not even 24 hours before it broke. We used essential oil like recommended and it was incredible awesome. The bathroom smelled like Lemongrass. The next day I wanted to check how much essential oil we had used for the shower but it looked really weird. When I opened the outside tube, I saw that the aroma therapy tube was broken into 2 halves. Bummer. We contacted the seller but have not heard back. At this point we would be fine to receive just a new tube to try it again but it looks like, Amazon requires to sent it back. It's going to be a pain in the behind if the seller does not respond.Update : Seller responded today to check on the order and it will take 24-48 hours.

I really loved this shower head for the 2wk I was able to use it before its inner tube broke. The water pressure was pretty good. Great concept to be able to infuse your own combination of essential oils into your shower experience. I loved that I didn't need to replace the oils between each shower. I initially filled the inner tube half-way. After you use it once, it becomes difficult to see how much of the oil remains in the reservoir, but you can certainly smell it the second the shower is turned on. When I went to refill the tube a couple of weeks later, I noticed it was cracked in a couple of different places. The plastic, unfortunately is very cheap and did not hold up very long. If they fix this flaw, this would be my ideal shower head.

I got it as a gift. I think it'll be neat to use. The first envelope I got was empty. Thank goodness for Amazon... They fixed it immediately. My highest problem is now that I've bought it... Ken from Shark Spa emails me EVERY DAY. I've responded several times and he won't go away! And... The link to unsubscribe doesn't work.I would have given a higher review if he didn't email me SO much! Blah!

It was a Christmas gift for a very good friend and she says she LOVES it!

My daughter and I have just recently gotten into essential oils. When I saw this shower head/diffuser I couldn't wait to try it. It works very well and I really like it for the essential oils. I used this a few times and then took it off and let it dry out. We have very hard water and I can't afford a good water softener at the moment and I don't want this showerhead/infuser to get ruined before I get my water softener. Showerheads don't last very long around here and you can't usually take them off and unclog them. I hunted and hunted and finally found one cheap showerhead that I can take completely apart and clean the limestone buildup in the holes, so that's what I use until I can get my water softener. I'll be able to use this showerhead and infuser every night when I take my shower once I have my water softener and then it will become a permanent fixture in my shower.Sample provided for review.
