I recently purchased this liquid chalk and have been very impressed with its performance. It dries quickly on my hands, provides a strong grip, and helps reduce sweating during workouts. Whether I’m lifting weights, climbing, or doing gymnastics, it gives me added confidence and control. The chalk is easy to apply, spreads evenly, and doesn’t leave a huge mess like traditional chalk. A small amount goes a long way, and it lasts through multiple sets before needing to be reapplied. The compact bottle is also convenient to carry in a gym bag. Overall, this is a high-quality liquid chalk that delivers excellent grip and convenience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their performance and maintain a cleaner workout environment.

It is easy to apply, just squeeze out a couple of drops on your hands and then mix it over your palms and fingers and wait 30 seconds and it looks like you have a thorough covering of chalk on your hands. It made it much easier to hold onto bars and other grip implements. It washes off afterwards easily.

Having used several brands of liquid chalk in the past, I've found a new favorite in this item. The consistency and staying power once dry on the hands is pretty darned close to block or powder chalk. I was pleasantly surprised at just how good this product is and how little it takes during my last pull day. The last liquid chalk I used seemed fine - until I tried this brand and was reminded of what it feels like to have some real chalk on the hands again. Also really like that I got so much product for the price compared to other liquid chalk listings here on Amazon. This big ol' bottle is going to last me for quite a while. This accomplishes about a good a job of staying on the hands without the need for re-application between sets on heavy deadlifts as one can reasonably expect. A little bit will do ya for at least a couple of sets, if not more. But let's be realistic; if you're getting ready to do your top set, you'd probably want to re-apply a little more block chalk too - at least I do. One more thing: if you are used to the more watered-down brands that won't get even a trace of chalk dust on anything whatsoever, be prepared for wiping down the bar, getting a little on your pants if you forget and touch them (I don't care - after all, it's gym clothing and can be brushed off or washed out). However, it is still so much less messy than block or powder chalk. I don't mind doing a quick bar wipe-down in exchange for having a dependable product that actually shores up my grip effectively.
