HYPERFOCUS - Being at home now days is great but being able to hyperfocus on my work is great. At first, I thought this might be a placebo, but as time moves forward, there are some definite mental changes. I am more attuned to details and have quicker reasoning. I do have one WARNING, do not take this too late at night as you might lose the ability to get restful sleep or sleep at all. I only take this in the morning and afternoon but not too close to bedtime. Its best taken with some coffee on an empty stomach but only after you try the pills on their own. Try at your own risk.Overall this is an awesome product.

This supplement really helps with memory. As a senior, being able to remember daily needs, words, commitments, and just keeping up with life is very important to me.
