Great taste. Caffeine quantity is perfect.

I actually used these to help ease me out of a coffee dependency. They are so yummy and the sugar kicks in quick. There’s not a sustained caffeine or stim effect, just a minimal but effective boost up. I was having a terrible time starting workouts and they helped a lot. I’d be fazing out from the coffee withdrawal at various times and one would fix me up.

They keep forever, work when you need them, these taste better than most. The caramel macchiato doesn't cause as much mess as the chocolate and is less thick, so easier to eat. I still avoid putting the empty packet in my jersey pocket if possible, or take it out asap, but the chocolate Gu always manages to leak remnants onto my kit.
