Does the baby alive little outfits fit this doll?

No the littles clothes are for the mini dolls. They will not fit, i bought a bunch and theyre all too small! :(

Does the diaper dry off?

Not really. They are similar to real baby diapers. They will dry, but not completely. They do sell replacement diaper packs, though.

Can this baby alive "Eat" the baby alive solid foods?

No.. there’s certain dolls that eat “solid” food {it’s basically playdoh. You can tell if it is or isn’t a solid food doll by if it has little plastic containers which look like they’re filled with playdoh or clay. The solid food ones also have a wide mouth to accommodate the food :)

Is this the baby alive that has a feeding tube?

I dont recall it having a feeding tube..U just mix up powder stuff with water and put it in its mouth .
