Very happy with this product. Looks good, feels heavy, and high quality. The dimensions in the product image are correct: the square body is 30mm side length. That's a diagonal of 42.4mm so a circular hole of diameter 42.4mm is covered by the escutcheon which has a side length of 50mm. A 1-5/8" hole (41.2mm) would be tight to rotate the body into but could be opened very slightly with a dremel (or the drill bit wiggled) if need be. A 1-3/4" hole (44.5mm) would have more room but must be perfectly centered on the drop ear elbow otherwise the escutcheon won't cover the hole on one side. My drop ear elbow was 41mm below the tile surface. Product B0CMXMND8W with total length 2" including threads (1.5" extension), worked out perfectly for me and the body ended up just above the tile surface by 2mm. I contacted the seller, following the description's advice, and they refunded the cost of the adapter. Hope this helps anyone else in the same situation as me. I used Blue Monster PTFE tape, not the included tape, and wound it on tightly in the correct direction (clockwise when looking at the end) so as not to unwind when tightening. I started with both NPT joints just hand tight to make the final "one more rotation?" choice easier. Had I fully tightened the extension to the body first, I might have ended up with the hose outlet pointing upwards. I greased both sides of both hose washers to reduce friction when tightening: Oatey Plumber's Faucet and Valve Grease. Check your drop ear elbow is screwed firmly to blocking to counter the force needed to rotate the NPT threads. Don't forget to slide the escutcheon on before tightening! Oh, and they include gloves!

I purchased this item just for the hand sprayer alone. It fit my current sprayer hose and hand sprayer holder, so I only had to replace my sprayer. It matched my shower panel finish perfectly. The water flow/spray was very good. Very happy with purchase. I did not have to use or install the handle holder that matched the hand sprayer, but it looked very heavy duty and well made.

Very happy with this addition to our shower. Makes personal hygiene much easier. Helps rinse hair squeaky clean and has a premium feel to it.

Hand held is great. Wish it had a single spray out the end. Would be nice to but has good pressure.

I needed a 2 inch brass fitting to fit through a tile wall. I wish it came with both or the seller listed multiple configurations. The seller says to message them and they will provide (which is really nice), but Amazon won’t allow you to message the seller until it’s delivered. I didn’t want to wait, so I went to Home Depot. The other issue, I wish the included 1/2” fitting wasn’t pre-installed. The other reviewer was right, it was in there TIGHT! I ended up using my gas stove to get it loosened. Leave it on there for at least 5 minutes, it needed to be screaming hot to come loose. I also like to seal the threads myself, don’t want a leak behind the wall. Lastly, it says the fitting is adjustable. When I finally got it removed, it only had 5 threads and an O-ring, so not really adjustable. Now that it’s finally on the wall, it’s great. Good pressure and looks high end.

Good value for you money

As a plumber I've installed 3 of them FIRST ISSUE: People should be aware this is for ":rough in" new or remodeling of a shower. So the 1/2" brass nipple that installs inside the wall/tile is limited to very shallow depth.. The factory 1/2" brass nipple is standard 1/2" i.p. [ Iron pipe size] which is great However the inside has only like 3 threads amd a dang o-ring :( So, during installation there is NO room for error. Must be exact and the dog ear 90' in wall needs to be almost flush with finished tile. IF they changed to allow any length of 1/2" nipple to be use then no problemo 2nd issue; The square gap cover "ring" should come with a wider one in addition to the very skinny one that it comes with. In case the tile hole needs to drilled larger in diameter. This way square body will fit Inside the tile to screw into the dog ear 90' in wall. If rough in is too deep in wall & NOT out far enough towards the finished tile! A larger diameter square "ring" would hide the larger gap of the cut tile! Otherwise great product! Installed 1 at my home love it but i knew about specific "no room for error install" Advise buying a 1/2" female x male Ball valve to regulate the flow of wand. Easy to add to any sprayer. Just pic same color as wand, blends in! Cheers

Nice chrome finish, good weight wand, hose length was perfect for my set up. The only things to consider is the rough-in... as the nipple is attached you can't adjust the length... so your rough has to be perfectly set in place allowing for the near exact thickness of the tile. I roughed in so my elbow was flush to the cement board face but with my 3/8" thick tile + the tile cement it ended up too deep into the wall to be able to get more than 3 turns. Not enough to be sure of a good seal. Ended up having to enlarge my hole to allow the body of the unit to go in further. Luckily the finish plate covered the enlarged hole.
