**Q: how do you return items**
A: The biggest reason I still buy from Amazon is because returns are very simple, even for those of us who are cell-phone resistant and a bit techno-challenged and without a printer. But do have a UPS store within walking distance to drop-off items WITHOUT having to pkg. them and a Kohls within 7 or miles, so returns are simple for me.

**Q: What kind of batteries does this machine take?**
A: C batteries

**Q: I thought Coby was out of business.  Is there a manufacture date on it?  Does it come with a warranty?**
A: According to the user manual it has a Summit CE Group one year limited warranty and contact information is support@summitcagroup. Can't find manufacture date on the machine or in the user manual.

**Q: Can this play regular cassettes??**
A: It does play regular cassettes

I am very happy with this excellent quality cassette tape player. I still listen to my cassette tapes and wanted a tape player that was inexpensive and easy to use. I like how it automatically shuts off when the tape reaches the end. The sound is great and I am very happy that I purchased it. Highly Recommended.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty Good Tape Recorder

My friend and I are both visually impaired and we live far from each other. We keep in touch by making speaking onto cassette tapes and then passing them back and forth to each other. My friend needed a new cassette recorder, so I purchased this and had it sent to her. She reports that it is working out fairly well. She says the external mic jack does not fit the mic she had around the house, but that the internal mic works ok. She says the playback sound is a little weak, so she needs to turn the volume way up. All that being said, it appears that this cassette recorder will work for us to stay in touch.
