I did not feel any effects from taking it at first. I tried taking more of it per day, and maybe that had a calming effect, or maybe it was the placebo effect. It was not a difference I could consistently notice. Apparently it is not a substance that my body craves or something that addresses an issue with me, even though I know that some other people swear by it. I will not continue it after the bottle is gone.

Works quite well. KSM-66 formulation guarantees the best results from using Ashwagandha . Taking one with breakfast and one with dinner. Seems to provide a calming effect. Will definitely reorder when current supply runs out. Tried different manufacturers but Supernova and Pure Encapsulations seems to work the tops. Supernova is the best bang for the buck!

There are better formulations out there
Upon opening, you can smell the milk solids and rice syrup added. There are better formulations out there. To be fair they do make a good Rhodiola product that I use, as supported by an analysis through consumer lab.
