Ultra-Sharp Dual Blade Vegetable Julienne Peeler All Stainless Steel - Dish-Washer Safe

In over 50 years of cooking, I've had more than a few peelers. This product, without a doubt, is the best peeler I've had. The quality is first rate, with the materials and workmanship both top of the line. I like not only the excellent working design of the peeler, but also the weight and feel of it in my hand. The blades are extremely sharp and peel freely with no lagging or stopping. I peel a lot of egg plant which can be difficult due to the skin thickness and large size, but this peeler goes through egg plant skin like butter, so you can imagine how easily it does potatoes and carrots. The fancy cuts it does are just as easily done as "straight" peeling, and the end results are very professional. What a pleasure it is to use such a great product. I purchased it under the special introductory rate; let me assure you, it would have been well worth the full non sale price. If you're going to get a peeler, make it this one.

Pretty easy to use and works as and looks described, luckily I already had a cleaning brush on hand to clean it, would have been nice if it came with one like some of the others.

Admittedly, this was an impulse purchase. I was actually purchasing the Bru Joy can opener when I saw this, knew my girlfriend wanted something to julienne with, and shazam, there it was, right in the same box the can opener came in. This thing can peel and julienne like a dream, however I find that the julienne side gets bits of food stuck in it and blocks up the holes, reducing it's functionality and requires it to be cleaned before continuing which isn't exactly easy. It's not so bad that you give up using it, but it is a little annoying. The peeling side is awesome as long as you aren't trying to peel the eye of a potato or any small divot...you're going to need another tool to make that work. The construction is solid, entirely stainless steel and built like you were going to try to peel paint off of steel. All in all, it's a great product that just needs a little more refinement.

The blade is very sharp. However, unless I was holding it wrong, you don't get a smooth cut. Instead of a smooth cut you get a aerated cut which is not good when you want it to be smooth. Then other side of it do and excellent job of shreading when you want something shredded.

Doesn't make it in my kitchen.

Life is easy it makes so perfect Julian in no time. In pictures I cut the Julian in small pieces because I needed it like that. In minutes and without making mess and without any hard work. I am happy on my decision to buy this gadget (yes I call it gadget 😃) for my kitchen.Some of its features I want to highlight:1) it's very Henry to use2) both peeler and Julian cutter very sharp (it's depend on u that u want to peel/Julian thick or thin for thick put a bit more pressure than thin peel/Julian3) easy to clean4) good qualityIt's a smart buy decision for everyone.

This Julienne peeler is okay (I paid way too much). It is hard to clean but this may be the case with other similar peelers. The stainless steel is okay as well. It came with a dent in it (but was not worth the hassle returning). I bought this peeler based on the other reviews and paid a lot more than the current listed price. Would I buy again? Probably not, but I will continue to use it on occasion...

Works great, but not safe to handle. The way it's designed, it works for particular fruits and vegetables. But you have to be very careful handling it as the blades are sharp and you can easily get cuts (in your hand, not in the vegetables!)
