The so-called 'Vasocottura' is a method that makes it possible to cook babas directly in tempered glass jars. Using this method, babas are vacuum-sealed and preserved thus keeping the fragrance, taste and sponge humidity typical of the freshly baked products. Thanks to the 'Vasocottura', babas can last up to six months. The tempered glass jar has a rubber sealing ring and stainless steel clamp therefore it can be reused to cook both sweet and savory foodstuffs, either in traditional or microwaves ovens. USE: Recommended for 6/8 people. Turn the product upside down on a plate and gently detach it from the jar edges. Once opened, keep refrigerated for a few days.
