Size correction

Lightweight and comfortable
Super comfortable. I am thankful that I was able to find these masks on Amazon. I am new to CPAP. My respiratory therapist had told me I should wear a medium mask. I started with the medium nasal pillows. It made my nostrils sore. So I tried a small in the pillow variety and it worked really well. Curiosity led me to try the cushion variety, which is what led me to buy this. I found that in the cushion style I can wear a medium or a large but that the small was a little too small.. The large gives ample airflow– maybe not extremely more than the medium but a little bit more. Super super comfortable and well worth the purchase.

Mon masque de CPAP perdait de l'air, et plutôt que de changer le masque au complet, ma clinique du sommeil m'a recommandé d'essayer de changer seulement l"embout nasal et ça réglé complètement le problème avec une une économie de 80$ au moins.

Great to find one without an RX
I have used the Philips Dream Wear mask for over 10 years and always have to pay out of my own pocket to replace anything on it. I don't like having to get an RX from my doctor just to replace something so I'm happy to find this large nasal cushion available on Amazon without the use of an RX. The price has gone up a little bit since the last time I bought it but at least it's the right size (L) which is hard to find on-line anymore. I wish they would package it as a twofer like some companies do for the M or S size. I will continue to buy this nasal cushion thru Amazon as much as I can. It is comfortable to wear and last a long time! The vendor sent the package quickly & I got it before the estimated date & in great shape.I recommend this product for anyone who has a Philips Dream Wear system.

Reliable Vendor
I received the Philips Respironics Under the Nose Cushion (Large) for the Philips DreamWear CPAP Mask three days after it was ordered. The item was in packaging used by the manufacturer (Philips Respironics). I used it last night with no issues. However, I didn't appreciate that the packaging had a label over the product information (description).
