My shoulder and arm pain is relentless. After putting this on, I actually felt pain relief and my arm woke up. The tingling went away for about an hour. After 20 minutes, the underarm bothered me a little, but the temporary relief was worth it.

This posture corrector was too gentle for me it did not correct my posture aggressively enough.

Good product. Comfortable. Difficult to put on and adjust because the straps are too short. Especially difficult if you have short arms.

I bought this posture corrector because I have developed rounded shoulders after years of being slumped over a computer, which had caused me neck and back pain. The packaging was attractive, instructions were clear. It was a little difficult to put on myself at first but you soon get the hang of it. immediately after putting it on, I could feel it trying to adjust my posture., I did ache slightly after wearing it each time although, i expect it is because I was engaging muscles i haven't used in a long time It is more comfortable than you think due to the underarm padding and I look forward to seeing the long term difference as I increase the time wearing it.

Tried to straighten upper back. Followed instructions and it did not help. Can I return the after using it for something longer.

Back and shoulder pain has certainly gone much worse since starting WFH due to sitting on sofa so much. I’ve bought other posture corrector before, but left in New York home. Bought this One turned out to be more effective imho - it reminders you whenever your posture is not upright, so you’ve to correct it yourself, rather than normal posture corrector which forces you to certain posture temporarily.After using it for one week, I can feel that my posture has improved insidiously by wearing it several hours a day.

This thing is very uncomfortable, does NOT provide any kind of support. Stated one size fits all, but no matter how loose or tight this provided no relief or support. Hurts my under arms and this thing broke when i tried taking it off! Trash! Take your money and invest it elsewhere. Trust me.

This is an excellent product for helping to improve my posture. It is not intended to replace support in your back completely, but is intended as a training for better posture. It really helps reduces slouching throughout the rest of the day without it on. The product is well built and can be worn over or under clothes. It is very simple to use and you can adjust the tension independently on either side.
