Valrhona is top quality chocolate and these fèves are fabulously delicious. Great for melting, snacking, baking, cooking, or wherever chocolate is needed.

I enrolled in a virtual cooking class and I purchased this chocolate to make truffles. OMG it was so good. My truffles meted in your mouth. Now I know why truffles are so expensive. This is not your regular supermarket chocolate chips. A bit pricey but worth the occasional splurge.

They came in all melted and all stuck together as a one big chunk of chocolate. NOT callets!!! Cannot even return or replace. DO NOT ORDER from them! So disappointed.
