I am vegan and I know it is quite common for people with a plant-based lifestyle to have WBC counts that are on the low side. For years mine was in the 3.8 to 4.0 range. After seeing my WBC drop I researched natural remedies. Turkey tail was something that caught my attention. In a month my WBC went up about 3 points.
