we were told even though picture didn't show adjustable as in moving forks from narrow to wider the we would be receiving would be . this one is fine but not what we were told we were getting

Is much stronger and built better than our old one, and was shipped right away

This is not for the logistics work, specially when you have to do loading and unloading service for the logistics work.. I strongly recommend not to buy this..They are very expensive and top of that they don’t provide you customer services specially with installation..

Works great

high quality, has the same lifting capacity as our normal sized pallet jacks. in retrospect, an even skinnier one would have suited the reason why I purchased this a bit better, but that is not the fault of this item. the width of this one is occasionally both too skinny and too wide to work, because of standard pallet spacing

Good value in a small pallet jack. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and is easy to roll with heavy loads. Easy to maneuver because of its short wheelbase, more so than a standard length pallet jack.

Best pallet forks ever used
