Great Taste & Quality
Love the size of the bag of Thai Chilies. These are such good quality. Their texture makes them easy to chop up for the recipe I use them with. The taste is really good and the value you get is exceptional.

Key ingredient in Tom Yum.
These peppers are a key ingredient in many Thai dishes. they are dried, but are visibly fresh, and still soft enough to chop without them flying all over when the blade goes through. They are not super hot, I would compare them to a cayenne.

Ho-Lee-Cow! Spicy - a little bit goes a long way - excellent taste.
Ho-Lee-Cow! There is no substitute for authentic Thai chiles. Previously, I'd been using the dried chiles at the supermarket (Badia brand) - taste was OK but that 'je ne sais quoi' seemed to be missing. Well it's back and steamy! I highly advise using a pair of latex or nitrile gloves when cutting/de-seeding the peppers, and if you have asthma or respiratory issues, might want to wear a lightweight surgical-type mask as well - these babies are HOTTTT! Personally I use just 1/2 of the called-for amount when cooking my Oriental dishes - and even that amount makes for quite a nice (but not overwhelming) heat. A little bit goes a long way.

Great quality and great heat.
If you wear monthly contacts wear gloves when handling!

Love this vendor and the item
I love the brand. The chilis are non-sticky (sometimes dried ones are) and easy to use. I love all the offerings from Burma Spice; well packaged, quickly delivered and delicious. I've bought a lot from them - the prices are reasonable and the offerings are all tasty (and sometimes otherwise hard to find!)

Good pepper
Bought this for a mongolian beef recipe. Worries I would never use the rest of the bag, but my roommate and I have discovered we can add them to almost anything (though it's never super spicy and we and spice wimps). Breaking them makes the dish more heated than if we left the peppers whole. Making our way through the bag and love them.

Absolutely the best!
Superior quality dried Thai chili pepper. Very spicy with great depth of flavor. Worth the money.

Just like the photo and wonderful to use.
Chilis arrived today beautifully presented in a glass jar with a lock airtight top. My first use is pickled ginger with star anise and Thai Chili. The chilis are a nice bright red.
