Only holds a charge for 4-5 shaves. I have had two of the prior generation and they both lasted for a minimum of 10 days to two weeks between charges. Works fine, just disappointing that I have to charge it so often. Are others experiencing the same issue?

I like it except for the condition the packaging.

Worked ok first few time now its feels like a saw blade across my face. Seems the zig zag shaped blade in middle of foil blades is doing it. It also looks like the foil blades don't do any cutting at all. I removed that zip zag metal in middle now its smooth on my face but now it doesn't shave at all.Seem the foil parts of the head don't shave anything so it must be the center piece I removed that actually shave you.Will be contacting manufacturer to see if I can get most of my money back .We need a solid foil head that shaves NOT sharp metal that scrapes your face.I trimmed my face hair with my Remington short then tried Braun, bad.Would share photo of my face but Amazon won't allow me to upload one.
