You can strap on a few thousand of these to your suit but I doubt you will be able to fly.

Do both the small and large nozzle tips operate in blow torch mode or only the large tip?

The solder tips and the torch mode tip are separate attachments and don’t work together.

How do you charge the battery? What voltage is the battery pack?

Good question. The Portasol 010589330 Super Pro 125-Watt Heat Tool Kit doesn't have a battery. It uses butane gas. The igniter doesn't need a battery either. It's like the igniter on a grill. Hope tis helps. We have them in stock.

Would you say this iron is better than the weller PSI100K.

This Model : Portasol 010589330 Super Pro 125-Watt Heat Tool Kit with 7 Tips.Has seven tips to select with, adjustable heat up to 125 watts, enough to work outdoor with a strong wind. In fairness to PSI 100K weller portasol, I have not tried this yet. But I am satisfied with this Super Pro 125. Maybe this PSI 100K weller/portasol is better in other ways. Let me know when you tried it.
