Works Great!
Large size makes hard to swallow more than one at a time. Have always been a bit afraid to take magnesium bc I am afraid of what it would do to my stomach. I am very sensitive to things- my stomach is anyway. These were recommended to me by a work friend who swears by them. First night taking them I took all three at once and had some stomach cramps/gas. Pill related? Not sure, but tried something different the next day and much better! I take one in the morning and two at night. I do feel a difference after about a week. Overall calmer and easier to sleep at night.
