How much weight can you pull with this?

Recommended weight is not exceed 120lbs.

How does this hold up after some months? Forget the D-rings, i mean the neoprene and nylon

Great it hasn’t worn in or broken down after continual use involving considerable loads upwards of 300 lbs

I’m a month past the return timeline. But my belt broke. Is there anything you can do for me?

work with a 30" waste?

Yes it will but it may be a little big. I use it to pull a weighted sled and with heavier loads (4 x 45lb plates ) the belt digs into my sides but I use it anyway with no real physical problems. Understand that this belt is very inexpensive and you get a huge bang for your buck. Ive used more expensive harnesses that go around the shoulders and this is better
