Adding this to your arsenal of energy drinking is a great alternative for your wallet and from the countless calories of regular energy drinks. With that said, the shaker cup is certainly worth it, and durable. I've dropped mine, and it's remained in contact. Not to mention, it's a great way to mix you're drinks, especially towards the end. (Yuck, Powder condensed water!) Overall, I would say this is a bit expensive, but worth it for the fact that it can help mix your drinks, large portions and very easy to clean. Get the right mixture, and you 're flowin' in the right direction.
