I had this product for one day. Charges in a few hours. The top part of the case seems flimsy and not sure if it provides support. I slapped this case on my iPhone 11 and went about my day. While using the charger case it would disconnect and reconnect while charging. This happened several times. The phone was on car phone holder so not sure if the port piece was loose in the case. I made sure it was inserted correctly in my phone. I returned the case.
