Both have 20 mg of FloraGLO lutein, though. The only thing is you apparently need to take two of these Vision Enhancers to get that much lutein, whereas you only need to take one of the other. That make this a one month supply compared to a two month supply for the other. Yet doctors recommend you get 10 mg of lutein and 2 mg of zeaxanthin a day, so you could still just take one of these a day and be okay. (The directions currently on this desertcart page for taking them are not the same as on the bottle. The bottle label says to take two a day, without food. That's it.
