Does anyone know how to order a Replacement power cord? Emailed company but no response. cord

Hi there, Thanks for your questions. We don't sell the cable alone. It's a universal USB cable, you can get it from Amazon or any other online merchant or in-store. Best Owlet Home

I purchased this a few months ago and it works well. however, i don't understand what the status lights are. where can i learn meaning of lights?

Hi there, Thanks for your questions. The status of the lights are listed in the user manual. Or you can find it from our website www.owlethome.com

My router is dual band, and I have other devices that have connected to 2.4, but I cannot get this device to connect. What?

Had the same problem. I used the "Hot Spot" connection option and it worked perfectly. The Hot Spot connection option is in the app. Just follow the instructions. I'm very happy with this treat dispenser now.

I read a note in 2020, is this now compatible with Android?

Hi there, Yes, it's always compatible with Android. We had issue that the app was pulled off from Google Play for some technique reason. Now, you could check and download the app from Google Play, Apple App Store and even Amazon App Store which support all Android device as well.
